The passionate bartenders of the Amalfi Coast never cease to surprise and intrigue their audience, using their creative sparks to make delicious drinks. Constantly evolving and full of inventiveness, they have created unmissable all-Amalfi flavor drinks, making the most of a typical product of this land: the lemon

The lemon is the key element to make a lot of cocktails, and in the land where lemons are the excellence, it becomes the main protagonist.
The innovative mixologists who work on the Amalfi Coast have created truly unmissable drinks, using the famous PGI Amalfi Coast lemons typical of this magical land. This citrus fruit, which immediately recalls the smells of the Coast, is very fragrant, and combined with different booze has a very particular taste. Thanks to the dreamy locations, the unique views, the festive atmosphere that reigns in these areas, and the skill of their creators, these drinks will make your aperitifs truly unique!
But what are the 5 unmissable lemon drinks? Here are my suggestions.

1. CARUSO GIMLET
You can sip the Caruso Gimlet at the Loggiato Bar of the Belmond Hotel Caruso, in Ravello, while enjoying the amazing view, included in the price.
The barman Tommaso Mansi, inspired by the classic Gimlet cocktail, makes his special more fragrant, combining gin with freshly squeezed Amalfi Sfusato Lemon juice, homemade limoncello, and a zest of lemon, instead of the traditional lime juice. It is served in a very elegant cocktail glass and has a remarkable flavor: a remake in a proper Amalfi Coast style!

2. LIMONCELLO SPRITZ
At the Rada Beach Bistrot in Positano, you can have a Limoncello Spritz right in front of the sea. The spritz is an evergreen for all the aperitif lovers, it never goes out of fashion, and on the Amalfi Coast, it met the classic limoncello, rightfully entering the list of unmissable drinks! With a shaded color and decorated with lemon slices, it is composed of a base of limoncello, prosecco, and seltz: it is easy and fast to make and obviously tasty.
To be consumed preferably watching the sunset. Cheers!

3. GREEN EYES
At Franco's bar in Positano, you will find a real masterpiece: the Green Eyes. It is an innovative drink from which you will not be able to take your eyes off! Indeed, thanks to this cocktail, you will not lose sight of the incomparable scenery of Positano, not even for a second. Made with tequila, St. Germain, lemon juice, cucumber, and an egg white foam where the real highlight of the cocktail floats: an edible rice disc with a draw of Positano on the top!
Particular, tasty, and fresh: it is impossible not to make it the protagonist of at least one Instagram story! ⠀

4. AGRUMELLO SPRITZ
Conceived by the mixologist Luigi Gambardella, this remake of the Spritz that you can sip at the Bar La Terrazza of the Hotel Santa Caterina in Amalfi, is certainly well-liked. Made with: lemon juice limoncello, rotovapor bergamot alcoholate, homemade vanilla syrup, sambuca flower sparkling wine with grapefruit soda and to finish off the scent of mandarin, it is served with a piece of lemon on the edge of the glass with its wide leaf still attached. Agrumello is a reference to its homeland, and certainly, it is a good combination of summer and lightheartedness.
It is what you need for an innovative and fresh aperitif!

5. VIETRJITO
Have a Vietrijito at the beautiful panoramic terrace of the Sea Waves Bar of the Hotel La Bussola, with a view of the Amalfi sea. The bar manager Andrea Napoli mixes rum, Homemade Falernum, licorice syrup, and lemon leaf soda, revisiting the well-known Mojito and giving us a completely new and irresistible drink. Served in a unique blue and white jar, it is perfect for those looking for a more intense flavor.
All that remains is to raise the glasses, or in this case the jars, and toast!
