A bit of gluttony: the lemon based tours!

As you know, one of the symbols of the coastal culinary tradition is the sfusato amalfitano, that is, the variety of lemon that is cultivated purely here and that gives rise to so many delicacies, such as the Limoncello liqueur, as well as famous desserts such as the "Delizie," babas with limoncello, profiteroles... in short, if you love this fruit you can participate in one of the many lemon tours that take place here.
The Melchiò Restaurant in Furore offers you the chance to participate in a guided tour of a lemon grove on the "Da Carluccio" farm, after which you can return to the base and devote yourself to a cooking class focused entirely on the sfusato, preparing a full lemon menu!
The restaurant Le Bontà del Capo in Conca dei Marini also organizes a "Limoncello Tour": in this case, in addition to visiting an ancient lemon grove on the Coast, you will discover all the stages of Limoncello production in a local factory. Again, lunch with a menu of lemon recipes is included, and at the end of the tour you will be given a Limoncello recipe, printed on Amalfi paper!

As I told you here, the Amalfi Coast is also renowned for its wines! And it is precisely in the villages that produce the best ones that many tours dedicated to them have sprung up.
